Skein (Unreal revision) makes UEFN slow

The editor freezes for several seconds upon making simple actions, like copying a material and renaming a material.

Revision control should perform actions in the background, and when the user does more while those actions are performed, the new actions get queued in. Losing several seconds on a simple action means lost development hours for full projects, and UEFN has a lot more where that came from when Creative is always instant in everything.

Would love to have Skein never freeze UEFN when performing actions, so we can work at the same pace that we do when its off.

In bigger projects (I have 15k actors in scene) URC is pretty much unusable. Saving a single edit takes 30-60 seconds, same story with checking in.
