Size of icons and text in project

I opened UE4 today, and for some reason the top buttons are smaller and don’t have any text like they did before. For example the button for Retarget Manager button, is now small and no longer says retarget manager button. This seems to have changed in all the tabs with the buttons under the menu. Is there anyway to change this?

Open editor preferences, under appearance, check the “Use Small Tool Bar Icons” option.
