Siren Corp - Sci-Fi 60s Retrofuture Environment

Hey everyone! I’d like to share my latest project with you all. I wanted to challenge myself with a space scene, but then I got really into the retrofuturism movement and also thought mermaids should be in space more often. It was quite difficult combining minimalism with space, and I hope I did it justice! I lit a daytime and nighttime scene and had fun playing around and fleshing out the fictional space station full of SPACE MERMAIDS.

Made with UE4, Blender, Maya, Photoshop, Substance Painter, Megascans and Mixer.

If I can make some suggestions, I would add a bit of mi’s for your computer screens because they obviously use all the same static material and add a bit of dept to your windows, it look like your scene is under water (glass effect) without the caustics. Maybe add a chrome frame around the windows to hide the low poly hole. I would add 1 or 2 small lights under the computer desks to add a bit of lighting contrast / variety.
