Single eye artifact with Quest2 build

I’m hobbyist and have made small game with UE 5.1. I’ve built it and installed on Quest 2. Im getting strange artifact on the display, sort of ghosting of some of the geometry. Curiously if i close one eye at a time the issue is only for the right eye, left eye is ok. I tried taking photos in headset (switching camera to take each eye in turn) but the artifact is not captured by the “camera”.
It’s quite weird, I’ve not had anything like it before. Any ideas? The game involves wandering around inside brightly coloured domes.
I’ve (hopefully) attached a video taken with holding phone up to right eyepiece to illustrate the issue.
