Simulating real world lights accurately

I’m looking to accurately simulate real world video production lights, for example the Aputure range. I want to be able to pre-vis a scene and know how much output an Aputure 120D (for example) will give me. Is there any plugin that can give me this? Would also be great to add popular light modifiers like softboxes/ light domes, poly bounce, negative fill etc if this is possible. Any help greatly appreciated, thanks!

I can only speak from my experience.

LUMEN is your best starter for real-world lighting, and even then, you’ll almost never actually use REAL WORLD lighting.

You can Google the terms you want, but again, if you’re using 5.0+, a lot of the lighting techniques you’re mentioning may not be necessary.

I would play around with LUMEN, get used to it, see how it works, and go from there.

There is currently no official digital twins of physical set lights in UE. You have the option of switching to any number of light intensity unit measurements if you want to try and match them yourself.
