Simulate Physics is Enabled, but Adding Impulse at Location says it isnt simulated, but it is...

My project uses the ALSv4 templatem and I have a shooting mechanism, done in a compenant blue print. With the AIs roaming in the map referenced, I am able to shoot the and they begin to ragdoll. The Impulse function comes after in a sequence, but when I play, I get a warning error saying Simulate Physics needs to be enabled to add impulse. I have verified the ragdoll dunction that came with ALS, does enable simulated physics, and the collisions are on the right settings. I have tried to manually enable simulate physics, and then add impulse, but it still thinks simulated physics arent enabled. I don’t know what to do anymore.
