Simplex library keeps growing my binary project folder

I got this problem with simplex noise library, it just generates a huge binary file system in my binary project folder. I use multiple noises at once in my cpp and each time I create a new noise it just creates more files, my binary folder keeps growing to huge proportion, 40 gigs for example. I’m using the blueprint library class version in my c++ from devdad to get noise functions from it, works fine just that I can’t get rid of the old binaries, if I delete them unreal says it can’t find them and I have to rebuild the project. These binary files are tests done by me, the folder stalks up pretty quick, I can’t delete the files and unreal does not use them anymore but it checks to see if they are there, so deleting them will cause unreal editor not to launch anymore and it says the files are missing, even if it’s not using them it still asks for them, I can’t tap off the plugin from the plugin list either, switch the plugin off, if I do it will do the same and it will say the binaries are missing. So once I install it I can’t switch it off. Any idea how to delete some binary files that unreal does not use since I no longer call to them, I just make new ones with new landscape terrain to test things until I’m satisfied with the terrain. There must be a way to get rid of old binary files that are not used anymore, the unreal system tells me what file it is missing, it’s the files I delete and these are only simplex library generated bin files that are old and unused anymore.
