Usage
Drag the .mhpkg file into your Unreal Engine project.
Open it using the MetaHuman Creator plugin.
Make any desired edits, then click Assemble to generate your character.

Notes
Custom geometry and high-resolution textures result in a larger file size than standard MetaHumans.
The larger package size does not affect performance once the character is assembled in Unreal.
Character can be customized within MetaHuman Creator, but extreme morphs may produce minor distortion.
