the .zip file includes the 2 model variations and all 4K textures (Albedo, Matelness, Roughness, Normal, AO and Material ID). Also with albedo variations for the number count on the building. Material slots are ready for the textures to be applied and named correspondingly. (20 texture sets total including both model variations).
