Significant Changes Coming To VR Resolution Settings in 4.19

GearVR pixel density is broken and stretches the image. Please fix it. Current version is 4.19.1

I am currently developing for the next line up of self contained headsets. What should I be doing with my “r.MobileContentScaleFactor” ? Does it do anything anymore?

BUT!
On my gear vr project if vr.PixelDensity is anything but 1 a weird clipping distance appears. It is only about 10 feet away and everything beyond it is all warpy and funky and broke.

Any idears?

could anyone help. Ive been using the HDK2 by razer with the OSVR plugin, however, I cannot seem to change/ increase the resolution of rendering. Please, if anyone could help me with this!

I’m trying to set up the vr.PixelDensity=0.8 on AndroidEngine.ini and DefaultEngine.ini, but when I build the game for Oculus Quest, the vr.PixelDensity seems to always apply at 1.0. How can I get it setup lower than 1.0 in ini file?
