"Sign in to Epic Games" doesn't work beyond the proxy server at Twinmotion.

We are using UE5.0.3 at our company network using a proxy server.

At the beginning, we could not access to the Epic Games, because it is categoralized to "Games".

We became to be able to use it after we set the proxy's IP Address to Setting on Epic Launcher and the some URLs to the white-list.

Twinmotion has a function "Sign in to Epic Games", but anythyng doesn't occur at clicking it.

I couldn't find the proxy setting field.

Can "Sign in to Epic Games" at Twinmotion be used beyond the proxy server?

Hello ,

Thank you for posting in the community and typically if you whitelist all the websites it should work.

Was this working before December 8th?

Are you able to go to Twinmotion.com or Epicgames.com and sign in?

Here is the link to the list of networking requirements:

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

No, it wasn't.

>Are you able to go to Twinmotion.com or Epicgames.com and sign in?

Yes. I can sign in to both Twinmotion and Epicgames individually. But anything didn't occur when I clicked "Sign in to Epic Games" at Twinmotion.

The following panel appeared after I clicked "Sign in to Epic Games" at Twinmotion and waited a long time(over 30 minutes).
