Should we still use baked light after UE5 Lumen, even stationary?

Hello guys.
I have a question about the current situation of static and stationary lights with UE5 and new Lumen technology.

I was confused about using static and stationary lights in my scene which has lumen global illumination and reflection. ( Movable lights are too expensive to illuminate all the level)

I read a document about Lumen and it says baked lights can’t be used with Lumen.

So should I use all my lights stationary and movable or just movable?

(Stationary light still has partially baked light)
