I am also interested in this, and a workflow that actually leverages the advantages of using landscape for Archviz.
So far I see some benefits if we’re willing to learn the tools/ systems that come with landscaping, like water bodies and ease of adding grass.
Blueprint brushes also look quite interesting for some procedural workflow.
