Should I install Unreal editor for Fortnite too?

I just got Unreal Editor and it asks me to install it. Unreal Engine 5 and Fortnite are already installed in my system.
Should I install it separately? It looks like just Unreal editor though.

Unreal editor for fortnite is for fortnite only.

Unreal engine 5 is for well anything else youbwish to create
