Should I install UE4 on C drive which is SSD?

Hi all,

Like my title said, I wonder if I should install UE4 on my C drive, which is a SSD. And my D drive is just HDD.

Why do I have this idea is because I researched online and found out installing UE4 on a SSD would increase the C++ compile speed. My laptop only have C drive as SSD and D drive as HDD. I currently install my UE4 in D drive and found the compile time is quite low.

So should I re-install it in C drive? And another question is that if I install UE4 in C drive and my game projects in D drive, would it still increase the compile speed? (Because C drive is not big enough for my game projects and assets)

Definitely better on SSD. Once they’d come up with that technology, HDD should have been outlawed.
