Should I clean after building?

In a process of building engine I didn’t cleaned the targets.

Should I remove these files/folders manually after building:

Engine/Intermediate/Shaders,

Engine/Saved,

Engine/DerivedDataCache,

Engine/Intermediate/CachedAssetRegistry.bin

Engine/Binaries/Linux/Unreal*
… ?

No. Most of the said directories are needed to run the engine.
