I am looking to get into unreal 5 development, im confused between buying a 3070 and an a770 since the latter one has more vram (both are the same prices in my country). Can you share your experience with the a770 after latest update?

My initial thought is that the 3070 will have less problems since Nvidia has been making GPUs / GPU Drivers for longer than Intel.
But if you went with the A770 I would salute you for doing your part in breaking the GPU duopoly.
One strange data point: The A770 benchmarked at 8.6k whereas the 3070 is at 22.5k
