I have a character mesh and skeleton made, now I am trying to animate it.
I have been having some problems animating it in blender so I want to animate it in unreal engine.
Is that even possible? And if possible is it recommended?
thanks!

Unreal’s skeletal animation capabilities are very limited, more useful for tweaking and minor additive animations. So you should prepare the animations in Blender.
what problems are you having animating in blender?
I’ve been looking up tutorials but can’t figure out how to
1.) add key frames in the right spot (editor and push I) but I can never find them
2.) create multipal seperate animations
Fore example punch, kick, getting hit ect.
I’ll work on it more tomorrow but blender can be a pain.
Blender is certainly fickle. It’s been a few months since I had to render a new animation project in blender. Let me take a look at it. I know there is one step you have to do to save your current animation and start a new one without erasing the keyframes you made for the first one and it isnt an obvious thing.
