Should End of Life discontinued products be refunded?

Hi,

I bought this product a year ago. (11/23/2023 - MW Redwood Forest Trees Biome - €177.78)

They killed this product, not supporting it anymore. (EOL - Discontinued)

I haven’t used it at all and wasted my money for nothing.

Is this legal? How do i get a refund?

Weird, they’ve pulled almost everything… :thinking:

They still even have the redwood on their website…

You can still get the 5.2 copy, I assume, but no updates.

Maybe try contacting marketplace support?
