I don’t know where to start in UE for making short films or is there any better software for making short films ? Please help.
You don’t need anything special, just download UE4 and get working. You don’t have to pay any royalties to make videos/images
However, if you’re just getting into things, realize you need to use other software to make content, like a 3D modeling software (3ds Max, Maya, Blender, etc)
