I am using “Ocean System for Rendered Cinematics” in Unreal Engine 5.3. As shown in the attached image, the shore foam is being cut off in a perfectly straight line.
I have confirmed that this line matches the Global Distance Field visualization boundary. I want the foam to be visible across a larger area, so I tried various methods to extend this boundary (console commands, .ini tweaks, etc.), but nothing has changed.
I suspect this isn’t a bug but rather a basic setting I’m missing. Is there a way to extend this GDF boundary or allow the foam to render further out?
Specs:
- UE Version: 5.3
- RHI: DirectX 12
- Lighting: Lumen enabled
- Asset: Ocean System for Rendered Cinematics
