So I took a look at the ShooterGame Example and decided to use it as a base for my own game, from what I’ve read, quite a bit of people did this.
So I created a new “ShooterGame Example” project called “AtlasProtocol” and it gave me this pop up saying that renaming it might cause some issues, I was like “Hmm, ok fine” so I started adding my own content, edited some files and C++ and what not, went to compile and got this error saying “ERROR: Couldn’t find target rules files for target ‘AtlasProtocol’ in rules assembly ‘AtlasProtocol_EditorRecompileModuleRules, version = 0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=Null’.”
I was curious on how to fix this? If anyone else has this issue as well. I made a whole new project, no changes to it just changed the name and it gave me the same error. I’m just not sure how to fix this error.
Here is a screenshot of the issue, the black boxes are covering up my username on my computer that is all.
