Looking Good! I would be interesting in seeing this come to the marketplace. One thing I would add is a Video Resolution setting on the system setting menu.

Aye, for those who are interested and aren’t aware, I’ve been livestreaming development of this asset at Twitch and answering questions and blah

With blueprint, there is a way I can fake setting the resolution which is what most people do, but I would much prefer to expose the real underlying structure of how the display mode is managed. For example, getting the native desktop resolution is trivial in C++, but its currently impossible in blueprint. If support for exposing this is never added in a public build, I’ll go ahead and add in a workaround.

As soon as it goes through the marketplace pipeline. I’ve submitted source files 2 weeks ago, got an email saying there was a crash, replied with an update and asked for crash details as I can’t get a single crash on my end, haven’t heard anything back sense. I assume they’re just busy, but some people are now expressing interest to epic in other ways about this, such as tweeting various epic people, so thats really nice. Not much I can really do but just wait.

Looking forward to seeing this! Out of curiosity, and don’t get me wrong, this is MORE than worth it for the price point, but… Does the hosting have map / player limit options / dedicated server / hostname setting (not sure if the last 2 are possible in BP) And is there a server list for joining?

It doesn’t have a built in ui option for map/player/dedicated server/hostname. I’ll see about adding map and player options, if you look at my development trello I have added these to my will consider list. Trello

There is a server list for joining, check the first post for an image of it :D. It uses built in blueprint sessions, so it works with LAN out of the box and if you hook up the Steam subsystem it should use that just fine.

Just had a really awesome playtest during my live stream on my twitch channel. Had 14 people in at one point, was really smooth and pretty solid.

Currently thats not possible in Blueprints only, sorry D:

i would love to see datatables/datacurves attached to weapons,character,NPCs (health,armour,movement speed,damage,range,reload time,energy) and last but not the least JETPACKS xD also levelup mechanics using datatables/datacurves…it will be so easy to change all the values using Excel and hit reimport to make changes immediately.
plus all the movement mechanics (wall run,wall dodge,wall jump etc.)
also character selections(not just change their materials) but real character selection(with different movement speeds,health,armour)
plus ok i can go on and on…in short make an FPS,RPG,ARPG,RTS,MMO,MMORPG,MOBA,Adventure,EndlessRunnerShooter all rolled into one…i know you can do it :smiley:
