Shipping Packaging RunUAT.Bat error

I have been having the same problem for a while now im all ready to ship a game, however when i go to package it in shipping mode it ends up failing. I have tried packaging on two separate devices and still no luck as well as looking on here before and haven’t found a fix, just some other users running into the same problem.
