Why does this happen when i try to launch the executable in the binaries folder package?

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 153]
ICU data directory was not discovered:
…/…/Engine/Content/Internationalization
…/…/Engine/Content/Internationalization

Whats going on?
