A production - ready modular destruction environment for Unreal Engine, built around real-time Chaos physics for cinematic - quality destruction sequences and gameplay.
The pack includes 149 static meshes covering walls, floors, pillars, rubble, debris, and architectural details — all modular so buildings can be assembled, customised, and reconfigured freely. Six fully pre - assembled building instances (MASS) are included for immediate placement.
Every building component is Chaos ready — shoot any static mesh for its fracture counterpart and it will shatter, collapse, and crumble in real time.
Also included out of the box: a grenade launcher Blueprint with full destruction logic, explosion VFX, dust, and concrete debris particles — giving you a complete interactive destruction sandbox from day one.
