I recently did a lecture to a local Houdini user group on how to make vfx in Houdini and get them into Unreal Engine. I was hoping that I could share the files with people and am curious about the best way to go about doing it. Am I able to just zip up the folders that contain my project and let people download the .zip archive? Do I need to get stuff into a git repository?
As it was a more broad lecture where I briefly looked at some of the workflow without creating it in detail, I wanted to let people spend more time looking at the files themselves so that they could understand the process since it wasn’t a step-by-step tutorial that would allow them to recreate anything with their current knowledge of the software.
