Shadows Flickering past a distance

so i am following this environment design course by fast-track tutorials and I am a complete beginner to this, I have gotten quite close to the end but I am facing this weird issue where the shadows of certain meshes start flickering at a distance.
I tried a few fixes I found online such as increasing the lumen gather, balancing between the exposure composition(post process volume) and the directional light, setting the engine scalability to cinematic, but nothing seems to be working.

sadly, not. this problem isn’t really an issue with rendering, mostly in game.
