Shadow problem from direct light while simulating TimeSystem in game

Hello everyone, never asked anyone on forums before but im kinda stuck with my problem. The thing is Im trying to simulate game time (1min is 1second) and link it with day/night system. Currently I linked Directional Light with the game time, but the shadow updating very choppy and laggy. And not just that at some angles of Directional Light some lit objects has some weird lines pattern, I dont even know how to describe that.

Well, I atleast found solution to problem with shadow line artifacts at some angles. In directional light settings turn Shadow Bias and Shadow Slope Bias to 1.
