I made a static mesh from brushes, exported it into maya, edited it’s uv’s and imported it back in.
The weird thing that happens is that from a distance, the shadowed parts of the mesh (the ones not lighted directly) shaow black spots (bleeds I assume), but when getting closer they dissapear.
In the screenshot attached, if I were to take another step or two everything would look perfect.
PS: it’s not one big static mesh, each floor’s outer walls are one static mesh.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? My guess is it’s a uv problem, although the problem only occurs from a distance…
