Shaders in UE5

UE5 is almost unusable at this time, the time to compile shaders is beyond ridiculous, it’s almost impossible to multi-task when they are compiling, and each time a project is closed and then reopened it needs to compile them again.
This topic is all over the internet, with not one response from anyone at Epic.
Is anyone there paying any attention to this issue, or are we on our own?
