Shaders Compiling every launch?

Hey, This problem started recently. But now every time I launch my project, it takes about 45 minutes to compile all the shaders.
I’ve tried deleting the DDCache (Saved/Intermediate/etc) and rebuilding, saving new levels, took a look at my current shaders. Was working fine in a previous build and I have no idea what changed.

I’ve searched google for a few hours and it all seems specific to certain shaders.
Any ideas?

In 5.1 there is an experimental option for ‘On demand shader compilation

Could be worth a try, let us know if you have any luck with it.

While that didn’t help fix the original issue, your comment about changing the DCC in the Editor Preferences from the default (Z/Projects) To it’s C:// Location works great!!! Thank you @Astrotronic !
