ShaderCompileWorker causing issues with UE5.1.1 and MacOS Monterey 12.6.2

I’m a noob to UE. I have taken the zip from Github for UE 5.1.1 release and followed all steps as explained.

On running the product with ShaderCompilerWorker, It exists with error:

ShaderCompileWorker is called by UnrealEditor, it requires specific command line arguments.
Program ended with exit code: 255
