Shader Model 6 not supperted

Hi everyone! I read a lot of topics, but I can’t find a solution about the shader model 6 not supported. I know that my laptop is quite old, but my gpu supports dx12 and sm 6, but I still have this message:

Windows is also update (I also tried downgrade widows from 11 to 10) both with the same problem.
Here some more info about my laptop:

Windows 10 Home
Version 22H2
Data installazione: ‎13/‎07/‎2023
Build OS 19045.3271
Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0
Cpu Intel(R) Core™ i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
Gpu Nvida GeForce GTX 960M
RAM 16GB

Does anyone know where the problem could be?
If someone could help me would be amazing! Thank you in advance!

I saw someone fix this, by switching shader model here

Thanks for your help, but unfortunately I don’t have that option available:

After I tried to disable the SM5 from the settings project, but now I can’t open the project, because showing an error  it’s not a problem because it was just a test

I don’t know, but I believe that my gpu is not compatible with the unreal

Then it probably means your card doesn’t support it. Just because you have DX12 installed, doesn’t mean your card supports it.

I see it supposed to ( online ), but apparently UE disagrees.
