Shader complexity issues when using the foliage tool for landscapes

I was getting a lot of white in might scene with my trees when viewing with the shader complexity tool. So I decided to create a tree that doesnt have any transparency at all. When I place the tree using the foliage tool and place it on the landscape and view it with the shader complexity, the trees are all white.Its acting as if my polygons have transparency but they dont and if i place those trees by hand in my scene the shader complexity view is more on the green side like i expected since those trees dont have transparency and its just a diffuse texture…
