Shader Compiling Bug Since 4.1 Update

I posted this in the answerhub but didn’t get anyresolution so i’m hoping someone here might have a fix.

Since the 4.1 update when i work on shader that have between 100-300 instructions the shaders compile every time i make even the most minor of changes like creating a node comment or description or changing a color then it recompiles after i hit Apply Changes, and every time it compiles the number of shader being compiled seams to multiply, sometimes a 300 instruction shader will multiply up to 17,000 shaders being compiled.

Not a fix i am aware of, Seems that 4.1 messed it.
