Shader Compiler can't compile anything in 4.26.1

Hi community!

Shader Compiler can’t compile anything in 4.26.1, maybe in infinite loop? It work but can’t compile anything! I’m newly installed Win 10 pro x64 build 1909 and UE 4.26.1. I’m removed the semicolon to the XGEShaderCompile in config console variable but don’t work! Anyone have any idea how to fix it?
