Sewer pipes don't fit together! Can I resize?

The straight pipe doesn’t fit the joints!! Help please!

I’m not sure- you haven’t provided any pictures. As long as you uniformly resize it, you should be good. Uniformly as in {1, 1, 1} → {0.7, 0.7, 0.7} as opposed to {1, 1, 1} → {0.7, 0.8, 0.5}
I highly recommend using splines if these are just decorative pipes.
