Setup.bat issue with Version 4.10 ( missing DLL )

After grabbing the 4.10 source and running setup.bat I am getting a few different issues.

The first time I ran I had an issue with a missing dll. Unfortunately did not grab the exact name but i believe it was MSVC related. After running setup.bat again to retrieve the message I am now getting the following error:

Could this be related to my source living on a different drive than my visual studio installation? If so are their flags I can pass to setup.bat to get it to look for the DLL’s correctly?

Am facing exactly same issue and have hit a dead end. Can you please tell me if you found any solution for this problem yet or anyone else can suggest something? Thanks in advance.
