Settings timers in Object-class

Hello,

is it safe to set a timer in an Object-derived class by passing a reference to the game instance or game mode to that object and calling “Set Timer by Function Name” on it? And why isn’t “Set Timer by Event” available? And what to use, game instance or game mode?

Wait, why can I suddently set timers in objects? oO

Edit: Okay, apparently I mistook it with the DelayNode. Timers are no problem in (U)Objects.
