Setting up realistic skin and hair shaders (work remotely)


We are making a virtual world with high-fidelity, realistic avatars. We have shaders setup in Marmoset that look great (see screenshots attached) and we would like to mimic this in Unreal. We have tried to follow different tutorials but it never looked as good. Could someone take our models and improve the shaders of the skin and hair, to make them more photo-realistic?

Can someone give us a quote for setting up those 2 realistic shaders?
