Setting up a Xp Bar with 2 Bars. I'll explain

SO what I have is this.

What I want to have happen is the Blue bar to fill full to 1 yellow bubble 1 full blue bar = 1 yellow bubble. Will I need to make a whole new XP system for that secondary bar? Or can it be done within the same Gain Xp function? Any Ideas on how to accomplish this?
