Setting up a cine camera actor for 360 projection mapping

Hi, I have a scene that needs to be rendered for 360 projection. Is there any way I can do this, tried placing 3 cameras, one for front, one for left and so for right, resolution for left and right cameras are different and I am not able to catch the seamless stitch between the camera edges. Anyone have done this before, help would really be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried using a Scene capture cube and rendering to a render target instead?
