Setting Correct Resolution

Is Anyone else having this Problem? everything works in the Editor and in the mobile Stand Alone Preview Window. but when i deploy to my tablet to test. when i open it, it open at a lower Resolution 480p instead of what the tablet is which is 1080p?

Is there a setting i missed or something?

You can set the correct resolution via .ini file OR via in engine, execute console command.
