set the object's position and velocity externally to obtain the contact forces

I want to set the object’s position and velocity externally to obtain the contact forces. Is this feasible? I’m new to this.Because I have my own algorithm for object Dynamics .

In other words .In Unreal Engine 5 (UE5), generate force feedback (i.e., physical impulse / Impulse) .without obstructing movement (i.e., without causing physical collision blocking)
