Set Level Transform works in editor and standalone but not in packaged build

Simply put, this set of nodes functions in standalone, and all play in editor modes, but the level spawns at the origin when in packaged build.
I need a solution for this one because my game generates dynamic levels at run time so I need to be able to adjust where the levels spawn based on where the previous level is

Any help with this is greatly appreciated. I made a post about this on the answerhub but its not getting any responses.

Bump - does anyone have experience using this in a packaged build
