This is really hard to explain, my apologies. In my game, when I open the inventory, game input ceases. However, unless I click on the widget. if I click anywhere else, none of the keyboard buttons work. This is super impractical for the game and I’m struggling to figure out how to fix it. There’s no blueprint stating that when I click on the game, the ui/keyboard input should cease. The game doesn’t even detect that the button has been pressed when the inventory menu is opened.
I tried to take a video recording but in the recording you can’t see when I hit “I” and you cannot see when I click, but I’m hoping it helps at least a little bit.
