Set control Rotation in Unreal 4.18.2

Trying to follow a tutorial so I can try to self teach as much as I can, but I am stuck.

I am trying to create a 2D platformer, but in the tutorial, it talks about Set control Rotation, with access to a target, and a new rotation link. When I try to search for it in 4.18 though, I am having trouble finding what the new title for this function would be. I thought I had it once, but it did not have an option for new rotation.
