Set Actor Enable Collision Triggers Overlap?

This seems to be a bug, and I found this on the answers section:

They both said that it was fixed, yet I have tried in 4.9.1 and 4.10.1 and its still messing up for me.

Is this actually a ‘feature’ or is it a bug that slipped through the cracks?
