Set a different location for added assets to project then Content folder

When you add an asset from your Vault, it will go automatically inside Content folder of the selected project. But this can be annoying when you have a good organization of that folder with subfolders for each type you might have. Which means after you added that asset, you then have to move it to another location, and this is annoying especially when you have big assets.

And so my question is, can you tell Epic Games Launcher that you want to add X asset to Y project, but also that you want it added into Z subfolder instead directly inside Content?

Yes, this is annoying indeed. Definitely need an improvement in this.
